If I had to wager a guess thats an old USA 6X6 truck. They were specializing in those conversions for a while.

On second thought -- it could be another new H2 SUT prototype.

The first one was disguised as a "military vehicle", now an "extended H1"...

dam.... i wonder how small the turning radius is?! hha looks neat but to me its extremly impractical and what not, looks like it would be good though to turn into a transport vehicle for the military.
