ok I am not a big fan of the cab marker lights on my 05 H2. Has anyone ever removed them or seen some kind of caps so I can remove the lenses and have something to close the openings? Any help or ideals would be great..... Thanks

Have not seen anything to remove them...... I sure you could have a body shop remove them and possibly make some kind of cover that is painted to match the body.

Dont know why you would want to take them off...... I think they give the H2 a badazz look at night

I have used plastic flush style plugs to plug holes after removing the cab lights. Each light has three holes to cover.

Removal was simple. Asked at the local car wash if it fit.

they said sure, wash 'em all the time.

it didn't.

:twak:

:raar:

:notallthere:

just an fyi - the roof rack is stronger than most parts in the car wash.

my bad.....

It sounds like you had a height problem with you H2 and the car wash
unlike us.
The one we used was tall enough it was not wide enough.
Sorry to hear you had damage to yours.
It thank GOD everytime I go past one we did not have any damages,
since it was the first day that we owned it.
I guess with 12.5 wide tires we will not have to worry about going
to any auto car washes.:clapping:
Do it yourself all the way for us.

Let me know, I am in need of a replacement, and would take your stock ones off of your hands.

Thanks!

I got a flyer from AARP yesterday, does that make me elderly?

18 degrees = frozen nozzle on garden hose.....

Rico001 - I would much rather lose the roof lights than the mirrors..
