Hello Everyone,
New to the H2 scene just purchased a 04 H2 with adventure package, chrome lettering, brush gaurd and fog lights, nav, and aftermarket chrome wheels (they are 17's and tough looking, "Chrome not bling" to quote another member 4 wheeler at heart)
Just wondering what are the must do mods before I get started
Open to any and all suggestions

Welcome to the list and hope you get 3 tons of fun from your H2.

If your the off road type you get a winch, a roof basket, tail light guards.

Thanx
just wondering if there was any must do mods
(I know that its totally different but for example in a 5.0 mustang the first thing you do is remove the air silencer and exhaust)

well nothing you really must do anything from Hummer is pretty offroad capable just how it is...but if your going to be doing a lot of offroad, the roof rack is always a cool addition to top off the look (get it "top off the look" a pun haha), some taillight brush guards, and if you can a winch thats always extremly helpfull, and if your really going to be offroading a lot, you may want to size up from the stock 35"s to something like 37", Along with all that depending on how you actually offroad if you have the side steps you may need to take em off when heading out offroad, i know with mine i leave my steps on and whenever i know im heading out wheeling i get under my car for like 45 minutes to an hour and just take off the steps, so just keep that little bit in mind as well. but like i said no true mods are really required just in best interest if your a hardcore offroadger.

If there is one single item that I would suggest to an owner of an H2, it would be the Cognito Pitman & Idler are kit. It can save tie rods and protects the Pitman & Idler arms
