I would like to have had some controls on the dam thing though. You know, like radio, onstar calling and whatnot.

I'm thinking if you call around to some of the boneyard's you might be able to snag a leather wrapped one at a reasonable price. Hell they'll probably have it pulled off and ready to sell. Should be fairly easy to swap out.

No, its not just you. $hit its cold! I have a leather wrapped steering wheel and it still gets cold. I notice it more when the temp drops below 55 or so. I have had other trucks do the same, but they would warm up after a few minutes. The H3 wheel stays cold the entire time. I guess the steering column is exposed behind the dash or something.

They might make it that way for all of us "ice-cold" conservatives!

The problem is the steering wheel is so thick it takes a long time to completely thaw out. I guess that is another benefit of the h2 much thinner steering wheel.

I've been working out of Omaha recently, went to work a few weeks ago and the temp was -11, not counting the wind chill. I don't care what you drive and whats on your steering wheel. It's all cold at that temp!:beerchug:
