I have my heat set on AUTO when I drive. It's set at 75 degrees since it's still cold in Chicago. Anyways, why does it seem it blows warm air... then later blows cool air???? Is there something wrong?

It's the traffic sensor. If you'll notice, it blows the cool air when you get into traffic and are more likely to get road rage.

Phil: You probably didn't even need to rely on your PhD education in thermodynamics to answer that question. Nevertheless is has served you well. It's a good thing that our members have such tremendous intellectual firepower so as to enable them to answer these complex science/engineering questions. Good work Phil!

My wife contends that this behavior of the system is actually a road rage enhancing mood ruiner in my truck.
I didn't understand any of it. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif
