How to change out headlights

OK, I'm cursed with fat hands that can't get into small places. Whats the the best way to remove/replace headlights and foglights. I know, my question is :lame: , sorry. Any instruction is appreciated.

Ok, the tally is two of us wanting some basic info on changing out bulbs and 100 viewers with no replies. I apologize if this question is too basic. Thought it would be an easy one for one of our forum experts.

i just reached in from the top front corners and grabbed them and pulled them out. they are twist locks, so just give em a quarter turn in one direction and they come out.
