removing tires from run-flat wheels

hey guys, trying to get rid of these wheels/tires. how do i remove the run-flat from the wheel??? i cut two of the tires off, but the third is a brand new 37" swamper that i dont want to ruin. how do i get these things off? you can see the wheels i have below:

also, what are these wheels worth? and the run-flat deals? thanks...
