Angel?

In my search for an alternate to Xena......I need a show to watch from 6am-7am. I've watched Angel that last two mornings and I'm intrigued. Anyone watch this show? I need something with some action since this is my workout hour of the day. Help!

We used to watch it but I always liked Buffy better. Rich loves Angel though. Kind of need to watch Buffy even if they do stand alone. :)
