does anybody know what the max wattage on the bulbs with high and low beams that you can put on an h2 2005 without damaging the wire harness and the lenses

If you really want to make a difference go to 35W bulbs....in a dedicated HID housing.

When I put my Hella's on the front I hooked them up to the highs, and has worked really well for me. I might go HID - I have in other trucks/cars...but we will see.
