Wheel Backspace Question

Im thinking of ordering a set Centerline BEAD LOCK SERIES - I.C.E. wheels. What size back space do I need to order for an H2, it states Available backspacing from 4.5in to 5.25in.
Also will the stock BFG tires mount on a 17x9 rim?
