The G36 has been a dream for a while, but i just finished the basement with a home theatre, so funds are a little tight:violin:

My newest investment in 5.56. I dig this thing. I'm considering an interchangeable barrel set-up in 6.8 Rem. ammo costs a fortune though.

I have run two HK's, the UMP and the MP5, there is no denying that the MP5 is slick, I liked the UMP also in spite of the enormous, heavy bolt throwing 45 ACP.

I have a couple Colt AR's too. I think I'm set for 5.56......but the HK is a good setup.

any experience with the EOTECH holo site?

Yep.......Eotechs are outstanding.

ACOGS, Aimpoints, C-mores.........

Eotechs are money well spent. If you build a rifle to operate, why cut corners on optics?

I totally agree - I have an Eotech on my AR15 and love it. I you cant hit anything with that sight on then you should not be allowed out unsupervised.:D

Not really sure - its definitely accurate as far as you can see - it has no magnification obviously so it depends on how good your eyesight is I suppose.

I bench fired it at 300 yards and was getting good results from it - anything longer and I switch out for a scope anyway - quick release on the Eotech and my scope make for easy swap out though.
