My front came out to 23 7/8" (+/- 1/8"). I have had no issues w/ vibrations. Did you get an alignment after leveling? Are you comfortable that the shop did a good balance for you? Was your vibration before and after your balance? Tires old (how old?) or new? Just looking for some information to help identify your vibration issue.
Another thought...
There is a chance that your alignment might have been out of spec and you had uneven tire wear before you leveled and re-aligned your H3. If this was the case your tires may be "tracking" (wrong term?) wrong now causing your highway speed vibrations. Try rotating your tires and see if this corrects or changes the vibration.
I am BY NO MEANS a suspension / alignment expert. Hopefully, there will be some more responses to help you troubleshoot this issue!
Good luck!

Wat rims are you running? The reason is, when I purchased my 3, the dealer had a horrible time trying to get my tires & rims balanced, and it caused a noticeable vibration that got worse as my highway speed increased. They ended up ordering new tires and then after that didn't fix it they swapped tires and rims.
They told me that they have more problems balancing tires on this type of rim.
Personally, I think it might have been a tire problem. I have never found any data on any Hummer forum that suggested there was a rim problem.

very nice house Big Dad. I set mine at 24.25", got allignment and never rechecked becuase the 315 toyos fit about two months later and I didnt want to go any higher than neccesary. I did get it realligned after the tire were installed (package deal, basically free with mount and balance) and I had a slight pull to the right. now it seems worse and they said try rotating the tires. They only had 200 miles on them, I think im going to try and allignment somwhere else before my $1300 tires are uneven. No vibration though
