it hooks directly to the stock exhaust. The flange, bolt holes are the same.

You need a header bolt if you want to install a new header for you to get more engine power. You don't need a complete engine overhaul.
What? This thread is over 2 years old. There is no header bolt needed. The existing bolts and nuts are reused. No problem with the install of this header.
