My buddy Brian had one of those and loved it! Years ago befor I got whacked on mine I had a Yamaha bike. It was the best...
Happy trails!
Star Motorcycles (Yamaha) is building some nice bikes these days. You will be pleased with your purchase........just use caution on the streets around 4 wheeled vehicles...........or "cages" as the motorcycling community calls them!!

Was only kidding about the turbo set up.........we don't offer for the Vstar anyway. Gotta commend you on your approach to riding, you are a wise man getting comfortable on the bike before taking your wife riding. Enjoy your solo time though, once you get her on there, you'll be two-up from here on out :)
I have a Suzuki M-50 Boulevard I ride on the street. The little misses doesn't even let me get outta the drive way unless she in on the back !!!
