I was wondering if someone would mind telling me the best way to remove the decals that say "HUMMER" along the lower panels on each side. The have gotten pretty scuffed up and I think it's time!

3M makes a decal removal wheel that you can hook up to a grinder or high rpm drill bit.

Do a google search for 3m decal removal wheel. It will remove stickers and decals but won't touch the paint or clearcoat.

Warm them with a heat gun or blowdryer, peel 'em off, and remove any glue residue with Goo-Gone.

The 3M decal remover is the way to go. But make sure to use it on a low speed, high speeds can burn the paint and it burns up the wheel (which is really just a big eraser) much faster.

thanks for the tips. I got it all removed and it looks much better for sure. It really updates the look to the eye.
