I have a cough and don't feel like doing anything. I have to do laundry and ran out of detergent and doon want to go to the store. I also have a pile of clothes on my dresser to put away and I doon want to. I hate all cycles of laundry. Thinking of keeping 3 outfits and giving the rest away to good will or making fire escape ropes for every room upstairs.

It's beautiful outside, maybe take the baby for a walk and nap when he naps today.

Ribeyes and corn (fresh from the Farmer's Market) on the grill tewnight.

Laundry? Isn't that why you got married? So you could have a man do the laundry? That's what my wife always says....

Lets see...today I'm doing laundry, cleaning house, and grilling -- lobsters shrimp and oysters -- for all her female friends once they come over. Wine and seafood thing. After that well I might get lucky!

I'm in a vewy vewy good mood today. This week has been a whirlwind - I found out one of the rooms of my house is going to be on HGTV! It's a new show they're creating and they saw pictures of my craft room that I had posted online and want it to be part of the show. I've been in contact with their field producer and they'll likely be out here in the next few weeks to shoot. Sooooo kewl. I now feel like my 4 years of schooling have not been wasted. Gotta fill out the required paperwork and get the room cleaned a bit today.

Killing time right now - the little one (6 wks old today!) is napping and my dad and brother and his wife are due to arrive for lunch and stay till tomorrow. This is the first time they've seen the place so it'll be fun. My dad's been here tons before, but my brother lives out in California and doesn't travel much because of work.

Finally got the weeds trimmed down enough to get to my garden! I'll likely harvest some carrots and onions today, they're beyond ready. Steamed carrots picked right from the garden rank up there with brownies and ice cream, I'm serious.

I need pics now- at least when you have it ready. I have a great craft room but haven't decorated it yet. I am so excited for you. Now I'm in a good mood.:)

Been trying to adjust my meds for my Rheumatoid Arthritic and not take it so often....well guess the Drs know more then me...uggg...i've been a bad boy.........................

ain't doint nutin...just typing with one hand...TV, sleep, maybe a little food...

Holy cow Stacy, that room rocks! And H2-Co Pilot, sorry you're not feeling well. Today we plan to go to the movies to see Iron Man since next weekend belongs to Sex and the City. I figured I'd be fair. LOL Having leftovers from Bonefish for lunch and not sure on dinner yet. Season finale of Desperate Housewives and probably watch a movie or something later. :)

Dudette! Awesome room! The first pic, I was thinking kitchen with the center "island" and the cabinetry. Love the ceiling, trim etc!
Now...how to get a little H2 seen thru one of those windows? :)
