I just got my '08 Alpha last weekend. I want to adjust the torsion bars like I did on my '06 Adventure, but I know the suspension is a little different on the Alpha.
Have any Alpha owners tweaked the Torsion Bars? I couldn't find any specific examples with a search, so I just want to verify that I shouldn't have any problems before I do it.

The adjustment is the same on any torsion bar suspension. The only difference with the Alpha AFAIK is the spring rate of the torsion bar.

Did on an 08 Alpha recently. Use a floor jack to bring up the front end. I centered the jack at the back of the skidplate and raised both front wheels off the ground. I started with 3 cranks per side. I ended up around 4 1/2 and 5 I think. One side was off a little.
I ended up at 23 3/4 from center of axle to bottom lip of fender. I also added the Cognito shocks for now on fronts only.
I drove the truck for about 200 miles ans was going to get the FE alignment done. I had quite a bit of front end sway so I lowered to just under 23". This is where I had my 06 H3 set as well.
I'm going to get the FE alignment done this week to wrap that project up.

Can you do me a favor and measure your stock height? Center of axe to bottom of fender lip? I didn't measure mine before I carnked them up and want to write it down. I like to keep track of every mod I do.
