Just saw the Hulk last night. I thought the movie was great. Not omg Awesome, but great. All the hype out there seems to say that this Hulk movie was a great improvement over the one in 2003. It's been said that the 2003 edition was so bad that the writers scrapped the 2003 story line and started over with this 2008 version.

I have to say that the end fight was AWESOME. And truthfully, that was my only complaint about the 2003 version. I did not like the 'end fight' in the 2003 Hulk. To me, it was just a glorified light show with a bunch of talking and shouting.

Here's my beef. Why are critics saying that this movie is so much better, yet rating it THE SAME as the last movie. Now, I use movies.yahoo.com to get my movie data. I really like their format and they put together critics from several sources to get an 'overall' rating. The overall rating for the 2003 Hulk movie was a B-. Guess what the overall rating for the 2008 Hulk movie was?... You guessed it B-.

So basically, it's a wash. just my opinion, but I think the story line and everything leading up to the end of the 2003 version was fantasic. And Vice versa for the 2008 version. The 2008 Hulk story line was just ok, but the end fight was awesome.

I'm not throwing away the 2003 version. I still really like it. I'll keep it next to my T3 dvd, which also had a great story and had fantastic action until the crappy end.
