With the price of gas going up and the amount I actually use my H2, I have decided to sell it.

I love the truck but honestly, I haven't driven it in so long, I had to jump it.

Here's a pic of the truck, I'll post more pics later.

The truck is a 2003 H2.
6" fabtech liftkit
Magnuson supercharger
Nelson reprogrammed computer
BRAND NEW (less than 50 miles) Mickey Thompson MTZ
(38x15.5-20)
Mickey Thompson rims
Warn winch mounted inside warn bumper
shorty headers
Magnaflow exhaust
Eclipse navigational radio/CD/DVD with 2 cameras mounted.
Screens in back of headrests
14" drop receiver hitch.
Wider fender flares
3 roof bar
Driving lights on brush guard
Driving lights on roof
3rd seat included (just never used)
Volant Cold air intake
larger intercooler
remote transmission cooler with cooling fans.
4:56 gears in front and rear

The truck has 103K miles on it. It's in PERFECT condition except one thing... the sunroof works but needs help closing. (I always have to apply pressure to the front edge... works fine but PIA since it needs two hands... just being upfront about anything wrong)

No vibrations, no quirks, been an excellent truck, just time to move on.

Never wrecked, never painted. The paint is a 9.9 out of 10. Anyone that knows me knows I own two bodyshops and am EXTREMELY ANAL about paint on my vehicles.

I want 19K for it. Located in Charlotte, NC.

Does it still have the original tranny? that would be amazing that it lasted 100k miles with a supercharger

Hell my tranny didnt even last to 55k with no super charger.

Yup, stock trans. Still shifts strong, it'll snap into gear. I changed the trans fluid at 50K and then at 75K just to check it and she was still clean.

I'm sure now that you've mentioned it, I'll have a problem...

Are there lift laws in NC?

Yes but in the 17 years I have been here, I have NEVER once seen anyone pulled, hassled for it.

I assure you that it's low compared to some of the rednecks around here.

I'm thinking of the same lift for my truck. Do you have large pictures from the front and the back? I would love to see the different views.

Sorry man, I'm not much of a picture taker... I really don't have a lot of pics of it.

This is about the only one I could find from the front and it's not that good.

Thanks. I have 22 inch wheels now with the standard 35" tires. I'm thinking the 6" lift with 40" Toyos. How have the 38's been? You think the 40's would fit well?

I think you may get away with the 40's, I contemplated it but it'll be tight.

The problem is the truck is too gutless at highway speeds especially if you're pulling a trailer. And obviously 40's are going to be worse than 38's to turn over.

I had 4.56 gears installed and a supercharger and I still think the truck was gutless on highway speeds when pulling a trailer. Sad part is, I was pulling a 14' trailer.

Once you install the 38's, you'll loose gas mileage. The gears brought it back up for me. (4.56 gears with 38's are equivalent to 4.11's with 33's (though you have 35's, if you measure them, they're probably 33" tall))

Not a problem..... keep your eyes open, there's always used ones around. There is a 6.0 forum or chevy truck forum (check with member TTKresurfacing, he knows all those forums) that members sell stuff all the time.

With the price of gas now under $3.00 a gallon and falling, bet you wish you would have kept it!

Nah, with 103K on it, it was time for something new.

I did buy a 2005 Rubicon Jeep with 17K miles. I installed a liftkit and wheels but it just ain't the same...

Besides, seems contradictory since I had that "attach stuck Jeep here" sticker on the bumper of the H2...lol.

And since Hummer has announced that it's discontinuing it's line... it's all the more reason to find something cool. I just don't know what will ever be as cool as the H2.

How much of a drop did you need on the trailer hitch? That truck looks great with the orange trailer.

I had a 14" drop hitch. It was like 160'ish bucks. If you need one, let me know, I kept the receipt because it was the only "clean" one I could find. (they come in black or chrome)
