H3 Replacement parts needed...

I need the pull-open part of the rear cup holder and a lumbar control knob for front driver cloth seat
Other than through the dealer any ideas where I can find such parts?

The lumbar knob is cheap at 8 bucks, but it is 75 bucks for the cup holder.
