fitting 33s with helos?

hi,

I'm new to this forum and new to the hummer community.
I was looking for quite some time now to get new shoes for my 07 H3 and would realy like to get the Helo Maxx6, but I'm not sure if should go with 33s or 285s. I saw that H3 ATX BLK has the very same setup and it looks awesome.:)
Now my problem is that I need to have the tread side flush with the fenders to have h3 at least a little street legal over here (Liechtenstein).
On the pictures form H3 ATX BLK it seems that his tires are pretty flush with the fenders and he's running 285s, would it also be possible to fit 33s on there and still be flush with the fenders?

285 are 33 inch tires i believe

285 is the width of the tire -- and 285 is the size of the factory 33 inch tires -- they will stick out as much as the factory tires do. Although, I will say that we've found 305's to look best (and fit) with around a 33inch circumference.
