Who else is cooking out this weekend? What are you cooking?

We've got about 12 family and friends coming over.

I'm cooking the meat.:clapping:

The menu:
BBQ - 2 pork butts that will go on the smoker tonight and cook around 14+ hours
3 Baby Back racks for appetizers that will go on the smoker around 10am to cook 5-6 hours
cornbread
some rice salad thing
a couple of pies
homemade slaw
sangria
something else I can't remember

2 Gallons of "Mike's Hot Spaghetti Sauce" !

Hot Sausage (I prefer Publix brand)
Ground Pork
Ground Round
Onions, fresh (lots)
Garlic, fresh (a good amount, don't be afraid)
Mushrooms, fresh (lots & lots, clean very good)
Scotch Bonnets, fresh (be wery wery careful)
Black Pepper, fresh
Kosher Salt (a little)
Tomatoes, fresh (with seeds & skin)
Oregano & Basil, fresh & dried
Parsley, fresh
Celery salt
Avery Isle Peppers, dried
Green Olives
Anchovies (a little)
Canned Tomatoes (no salt)
Canned Tomato Paste

Grilled Corn on the Cob! That's the other thing.

Butts are on and cooking at about 225* at the grate.:clapping:

We're making jambalaya. I'm making the rice and beans, hubby will likely burn the daylights out of the poor sausage, which I will spend a good 1/2 hour scraping black stuff off of. :(
