If GM Sells Hummer Who Honors The Warranties?

So if GM sells Hummer, how will honor the warranties? Will the new buyer take them or will I be able to go to any GM dealer?

I believe GM is still responsible for 10 years. not sure though. i know that if GM just stopped making the hummer, they would have to continue with parts and service for 10 years.
