its 3m flat black wheel paint ( your basic rattle can paint job) ... I did the center caps the same way and they actually match the flat black paint of the rims...

I did one coat and then let them sit for 15mins in the sun and then hair dryer them and then added another coat ... did the same thing over until I had 3 coats on them...

I painted my tundra oem wheels the same way and they never chipped once I was done and they can be washed with out ever worrying about them wearing the paint...

it was alittle hard ... I had to losen all the bolts on the rock rails and then slip the limited steps in and then re-tighten everything... I kinda like them with out the cutouts... Looks better since my molding isnt painted..

I didnt realize that would fit with out the cut outs, Looks great. Is there enough foot room on the step with out the cut-out?

Do you find the steps useful without the LE rockers? I have a set and can't make up my mind if I wanna sell em or install them. :giggling:

I noticed your front steps arn't in the position to match up with the LE rockers if they were installed, did you play around and fiind them to be more usefull in this spot instead? Also, did you cut down your center caps? I notice they don't hang out at all!

my center caps came like that ... All I did was paint them

Yes I found the step in that position much easier and at a perfect spot to help you enter the hummer...

they hold rock solid... Never really slipped in the snow. Even when the road had about a foot of fresh snow. Even packed snow no issues...

I thought these tires might be a "gimmick" or "fad" with the claws and all, but I gotta say...I love them!
