It's a 20 yo unemployed freak. After his first killing spree, he just jumped on his bicycle and head out to another nursing home to kill again. good thing the cops got him before he got there. He was wearing a bullet proof vest and had extra knifes in his backpack and an axe. His face was painted white, black around the eyes and his hair bright red.
He shot have been shot on sight !

I just saw the news and the whole "joker" thing ain't true. He's just naturally pale looking. He still hasn't said a thing, there tube feeding him, since he refuses to eat ! The should put a stick up his ass and hang him instead !
