I called my dealer, MARK CHRISTOPHER HUMMER in the city of Ontario, So.California. I was very disappointed!!!. I asked for oil change and warranty work and they told me 2.5 weeks waiting!!. I couldn't believe it, 2.5 weeks wait to get my H3 service. That's fuc... unbelievable!!!

I turned around and called other dealer, 15 miles away in Covina and they told me bring it either tomorrow Tuesday or Wednesday this week.

H3 sales must be strong. Here in Texas, H3's are selling quite well!

Silver lining....

That brings the suck! Maybe the other dealer will go that extra bit to make you happy since they are getting your business over the competitions http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

You're still here? I take it you're begging for round 3?

Be very cautious, there may be a reason.

I guess that dealer is not as busy as the other one. I never had any problems before with this dealer. Anyway, if they are busy, they should hire more techs to help in service. I am glad that I don't have any emergencies with my H3, otherwise I'd be stuck without a truck for 2 1/2 weeks plus.

dealers will usually have a dedicated staff for service , seems strange they put you off so long http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif staff may be on vacation or something but they deffinetly should have enough staff to cover those situations . screw them and go cross town http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

That is exactly like Woodfield Hummer in Schaumburg, IL... When I went in to get my marker lights, I got to eat their doughnuts, granola bars, etc.., and watch Hummer Happenings on the plasmas...
