The drivers side door rubs on the front fender on my 07 H3 when it is below zero anyone else have this problem?

mine has been making a noise. I never gave the tempature a thought , but it has been cold. It never did this when it was warm.

I took it to Buffalo Hummer and they wanted $800 to fix it. I showed the Service Manager another 07 on the lot with very little clearance on the door bottom. I think ice and temp moved the fender just enough to move and catch. We were going to buy a 09 but not now. Should have stuck with Jeep.
My 3 only has 24k miles.
