Does anyone notice the smell that comes in the truck when the sunfoof is slid back? I noticed it when I drove a test Hummer B4 I bought mine and I notice the same thing on mine. I thought it was something in the engine compartment that needed to "burn off" like an undercoat but now I'm wondering if its exhaust fumes. I noticed that if the roof is closed and its raining, the water actually moves forward on the glass.

Does anyone else have this? I have about 2500 miles on mine now.

No replies yet? I must be strange or have a really sensitive nose!

Live in the Southwest - drive with my sunroof open all the time (day and night) - no problems

89,

Does it smell like urine??? Check the roof for foot prints http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif.

When the water moves foward and into the drain holes, I cringe hoping it won't leak inside.

the first 10 or 15 times I opened the sunroof, I got an odor like ozone.

I notice a new car smell. It only occurs when I shut the interior panel to the roof. I guess it is the only part of the rig not to be exposed to harmful expulsions on a daily bases. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I can't really say what it smells like other than a burning smell. I guess it will just go away eventually. I have no leaks or squeaks yet. I do have an annoying clunk after I start moving from a stop. I think its the yoke sticking liek my pick up used to do. It's the exact clunk.
