climate control knob

I notice that my climate control all the way to the right, the one that selects defrost, floor, vents, etc. does not work properly. Most of the time it will only blow through the main vents. Sometimes it will work, but most of the time it doesn't. Anyone have any ideas?

call your dealer had the same problem once, they just swapped it out
