Since Nychot's thread isn't getting any run I figured I would start a new thread...

I was at my local dealer Friday afternoon checking out a H3T alpha(cloth)/offroad. He told me that the current pullahead program was offering $3K and the last 2 payments on top of current incentives. My lease runs out in 7 months so I will have to wait till next month to qualify and he'll be calling me to let me now what the next quarters P/A program is.
BTW, I think the list price on the H3T I was looking at was around $37K and they had it listed at $33,900. They are supposedly getting 3 more in in the next couple months too!!!!

So my question is this does anyone have any experience with the Pullahead program or recent leasing??? I would really like to get into a new H3T so I need any info you guys can throw at me. Also, for those with the V8, do you think the offset of power/mpg is something you can live with? I have the 5 now so it would be a big step up. what is a real world MPG for the V8?

Thanks in advance,
Luke

not sur ehow they are getting more. productions was stopped a month or so ago. ...unless these trucks are sitting in rail yards somewhere. ...or a dealer trade.

As I understood it they were already built. He read it off his screen with the color, options and MSRP. Who knows, looks like I'll find out next month.
I can't even imagine being a dealer right now.

I talked to dealer in Shreveport today and he said the plant in Shreveport is working and building what was already in system when they shut down.

i've had an Alpha for about 1.5 years now and I get about 13-14mpg pretty consistently.

I also had the 3.5L I5 and the power difference is WAAAY better, trading for the 08 Alpha was the best decision I made regarding H3 vehicles

Thanks for your insight!!! I have the 3.5 now and I regularly get 15.5 - 16 MPG now. 2 MPG difference isn't that big a deal...
