dashboard info center problem

help pls, dashboard infomation center keep changing language and either one of the button woks to control it.

Once you select a language in should lock out the others. Disconnect then reconnect your battery, then select the language you want. There was an aftermarket black box (actually it was light blue) sold around '04 that gave you more languages (search the threads if you think you have one of those).
