Hummer Rear Vision Camera System

Just picked a rear vision camear system (which has the little screen that slides out from the rearview mirror)
Im going to take to the dealer to install but I just seen that there is a bumper with a cut-out for the camera right above the trailer hitch (my bumper do not have this cut-out) is this some thing the dealer can cut out or will I have to buy this bumper with the cut out

I had my rear camera dealer installed on my '06 SUT. The dealer cut the hole right above the hitch, but I see a little bit of the rear tire in the screen. I still love it though.
