Keep what I have, or buy new???? Opinions please!

Hey guys/gals!
I've got an '06 H3 that i absolutely love. Had it in for warranty work yesterday and looked at some '09's while i was at the stealership.
With what's going on with GM/Hummer.....is there any reason i shouldn't buy a new Hummer????? Any and all opinions would be appreciated! Thanks!
