The miles are low and it does look very clean.
I guess you could take the price of a 2006 stock HUMMER and add all the mods and see what the total would be and then there would also be labor to add in too.
Not sure if I would want one with a 6 inch lift but I do like it other wise.
Are you thinking about buying it?

Remember this, anything added to a vehicle is a toss of $$$ into the toilet, when it comes to resale. The previous owner customized it to his taste, not yours. Look at the NADA value and add $1K, maybe.

Clean retail is 34,000 before the lift, tires, or extras. I asked him about 36k and he said he'd do it. +TT&L and $250 Shipping. Thoughts?

I would say if this is what you want then go for it.
When we bought ours we factored out the options too but if you bought one stock for $34,000 and added all the stuff on there and added labor you got it all for $2000 extra.
Let us if you get it.

owner was on HUMMER X and wheeled it. Not sure if anything was broken or not, but I would be more interested in the susp/engine/trans. Othere than that it looks clean. too high on price though.

I am in the market. It may not be tomorrow but it will be in the next 1 day-8 weeks. Just looking for the righ one. I would like to get one with some add ons so I have less to add. But I am not interested in one that obviously has had it.

I wonder what would be a good deal for it is or if wheeling them turns the trans, diffs, shafts, susp, engine, transfer, etc into ticking timebombs. It appears to have been in some serious binds. Plus missing those two ends on the front bumber is an omnious sign. Dammitt!

Personally i would not be concerned with those pictures. The H2s are very capable of doing those types of obstacles with little effort. Now if he continously beat up the thing thats another story. That being said, the miles are low. For peace in mind you can get an idea of what he has done with the truck buy looking under it. Look at the lowest lying points including the frame and rock rails and see waht kind of damage they have. If he has really wheeled it, trust me it WILL show. That being said, after only a few wheeling trips my truck looks beat to hell underneath. Granted i was on tough trails, by no means has my truck been abused.
You have to keep in mind the cost of removing those rediculous looking light on the side, the tanning bulbs on the front and the silly looking pimp grill:jump: .

Something tells me those tires are 37's, I would have to run 38's with that lift not to mention the rockstars would have to go.
Dont put value on the mods, and i personally I would not pay retail.

Well those lights on the side are for looking at the tires as he's crawling rocks in low light. With those lights and the CB I have the feeling he was a hard core wheeler. The Lights on the front are ugly. While the Rockstars are played out, there is not much out there that I like any better. And eventually they will get played out too. As far as this one goes, I can pick up an 06 with low miles for 32-34, throw a lift and tires and be right around the same price.
