I went to Fast Signs. They have blank magnet stock on a 24 inch roll. It comes with a white surface. I had them laminate the entire surface with black so it would match the paint.

12 Ft X 24" cost around $55 for white stock. Laminated black, the total cost was around $125.

I had them cut the magnet in 2 - 6' pieces. We carried them out to the truck, stuck them to the doors, and traced the edges of the doors and around the mirrors with a white grease pen. Then she brought the magnets back in the store and cut them for me with an exacto knife.

You should be able to find the magnet material at any sign shop that makes the magnetic signs for cars/trucks. Make sure they don't quote you the full price with text.. Get a price for blank stock only (per ft.) then ask for the cost to laminate it if you want a different color.

Good luck! It is definitely worth the $120 to keep scratches off the doors.
It stayed on the H3 for the 4 hr drive home, going up to 80 mph.
