K&n intake install

Anyone know if installing a K&N intake is easy for a person who is not mechanically inclined to do and is there noticeable differences in HP on a 07 H3?

You have to be able to operate a wrench.

Not a big difference in horsepower, most noticeable is the noise.

It's easy, the kit will come with instructions. It should take no more than 1 hour to complete. If it takes longer don't worry about it, use it as a learning experience for future add-ons.
