I did not renew my XM after the free trial period on the H2 and specifically told them once in writing and three times on the phone that I didn't want it. They still send me billing for it even though I never use it and cancelled it, about every 3 months. Is this just me or is it that hard to stop from getting mail and notices of overdue billing on something I cancelled and don't use? I'm about ready to go to the BBB and report them. I got a bill in the mail today and I got on the phone with them today for 40 minutes and they said they have no record of it being cancelled - this has been going on for a year!

One of the worst companies in the world when it comes to customer relations.

X2 on horrible customer relations and billing policies!
I didn't renew my XM after the free trial period on my 06 SUT. I heard nothing for a year and half and then I started getting statements for the previous year's use of the XM. I didn't use it and didn't renew it. I called and thought I had it straightened out, but then they tried to sell me XM for my computer instead. Three months pass and I get a bill for 90 days overdue on my XM, and I sent a registered letter and called and spoke with someone who could barely speak English. I called again to make sure it was canceled and 45 days later I got another bill. I turned the whole thing over to our company's lawyer and haven't heard from them since.
