has anyone changed fuel filter ?

I was thinking of changing the fuel filter,
Should it be changed , Im coming up on 75K soon.
Looks like a pain to do.
I have use of a lift and changing all fluids and fan belt.

If it should be changed ill also need a part #

On a returnless fuel system the filter is in the tank and part of the module assembly. Not servicable.
