What do you mean? Condition/appearance/performance?

How you feel about it...in general. Like it? Dislike it? etc.

I know guys aren't suppose to have 'feelings'...LOL...but I thought I'd ask anyway. :)

Let me try to INSPIRE some comments for this post.

As far as 4x4s go...I've owned a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and a 1998 Ford Expedition before my 05 H2. The Cherokee was good...it went a lot of places...never got me stuck. The Expedition was great...big, bad...went through just about anything...definitely got me through the blizzard of 2001.

My H2 though, in my opinion, far exceeds both of these vehicles...this truck has moved me over slick rock in Moab, trails in Arizona, slippery hills in Maine, and through the multiple blizzards on the east coast in 2010...this truck really feels like a part of me. (sappy) It truly is a companion, that travels with me on a journey.

Maybe you can't understand where I'm coming from...and that's okay.

Driving this truck is like, second nature, it's like walking or running...I just instinctively know how to do it...maybe I'm a dork...maybe I'm just being a fag...but that's how I feel.

This is easily the best vehicle I've ever owned...

I guess i'm not alone then. I'm just as dorky as you.:notallthere: :dancingbanana:
I have mine in the garage and dont drive it a whole lot. I drive a my work truck daily and usully only use my H2 in the evening or on weekends. If ia havnt driven it for a week or a few weeks sometimes, its like getting into a new vehicle. I get very excited and really love this truck. Like you said, its apart of me we understand each other.

It has been outstanding in all the snow we've had this winter. Worst winter I can ever remember, but the H2 performed flawlessly!

I rated it a 4 (Great). While I think the truck itself is pretty outstanding (I currently own my 2nd one) Im not exactly pleased its made or was made by GM. Im getting ready to bring my 2008 back in for the windshield leaking for the 3rd time in less than 10 months (its a very small trickle that only comes in with extremely hard rain or excess snow melting off the top of the truck). Im not new to GM's sub par vehicle service as I have also owned Corvettes for the past 14 years. I just dont understand why they cant fix things right the first time and it takes 2-4 visits to get the problem fixed.

I have been seriously contemplating a CTS-V caddy to replace my Acura TL Type S but keep thinking about my issues in the past every time I have a problem with my vehicle.

With that being said I love the H2 and Im really dissapointed that a few years down the road I will be replacing it with something else as I dont like to own older vehicles out of warranty. I did get some good news yesterday while at the Chicago auto show from one of the truck guys saying there is some serious talk about them putting the Duramax in the 2500 Suburban....... if thats the case it will likely be my top candidate to replace the H2

You said 'Duramax' and '2500 Suburban'...I almost pee'd myself...that would be GREAT. Definitely a contender...

I used to own many arrays of 4x4s.
1995 Range Rover Classic LWB,
2000 Yukon Denali,
1997 Ford Expedition,
2003 Yukon SLT,
1989 K5 Blazer,
1993 OJ Simpson Bronco EB,
1997 Land Rover Discovery,
2003 Toyota Rav4,
1997 & 1995 Toyota Landcruiser,
1992 Nissan Pathfinder,
2009 Nissan Murano,
2003 H2(Black),
2005 H2(White),
and 2007 LE Victory Red H2.

As to the performance in severe weather goes, I loved driving 95 Range Rover and Toyota Landcruisers as it was the best vehicle to drive in snow and ice. Vehicle just balanced right. As far as versatility for offroad, incliment weather, and night at cocktail party, H2 has been the best so far.

I understand about the GM products and services, but overall thinking about the maintenance costs and parts costs, cannot beat that compare to some others I have owned.

I would have voted a 5, but the Jesus analogy was a bit over the top. I love driving the H2. The wife loves driving it as much or more than me. Nicest and safest vehicle we have ever owned.
