Looking for a 'bolt'

I'm looking for what I think is called a 'standoff,' here's a general image:

If anyone knows where I can find a M12x1.75 standoff (any length), please let me know. I've searched and searched online, but keep coming up short; but I may be using the wrong term for the item.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
