Alright I'm dying to get a Rancho lift for my '08 and would really like to know how much it's gonna knock my mpg's. Does anybody mind telling me what lift they run, tire size, and mpg's they're receiving? Much appreciated!

i can tell you one thing. you wont like the number :giggling:
while in dallas driving in the city i got 8 mpg on average and that was before the level and 37's. in nashville i get around 10.5. once i leveled and put 37's im down in the low 9's. I expect it to be somewhere in the 7's when i get back to dallas. Tires have more to do with it than the lift. but obviously they both factor in

I've got a 6" fabtech lift with 355/65/18 tires (i think they're right around 37") and I'm getting about 11mpg on the highway and around 9 in the city. My new tires will be here next week (38") so we'll see how much they affect the mpg.

Well that's not too bad. I'm getting 10.5 with mine in the city. Do y'all have programmers?

I'm running MT 39s with a 6 inch lift. I have the speedometer with black tape marks on it, when I calibrated it running along side of my son's Impala and he phoned me the speeds. Using this info and guestimating, I would say in the low 10s or high 9 mpgs.

Haha. If I get what some of these guys are getting when I get a lift I'll be one happy camper. And true, we didn't buy it to complain about the gas, I was just curious on everyone's number with the lift.
I have Rancho lift with torson keys and 1 1/2" rear coil spring spacers, 40" Mickey Thompson Baja Claws tires, Magnacharger, 4.56 gears and I am getting around 8 MPG in city and 10 on Hwy.

6? lift, 37?s with 4.56 gears...
20-22 hwy
18-19 city
Ohhhh, before the diesel conversion...lol. I could hit 9.5-10 (with supercharger) on average.
You will lose about 2-4 mpg putting bigger tires on it. If you install 4.56 gears (which I strongly suggest) you will get 2-3 mpg of that back.

I alllmost traded it in a couple of weekends ago. I was looking at an H1 or an International CXT (which is freakin? huge btw)
The H1 ended up getting sold and I?m not sure I want to sell the H2 yet. I?m getting a 28? toyhauler made up (cargo trailer style) and want to be able to pull the enclosed trailer with no problems. (suspension)
