hello everyone, My name is Danny but i also go by the Atomic Goofball (im a professional breakdancer :D)

I purchased and brought home a wonderful new addition to my family, a 2005 hummer h2!

I currently already have a 2000 isuzu trooper and a 2003 nissan 350z which i converted into a "show car" pics below. I wanted something with the ability to trailer my show car to the events.

I looked around (nothing serious) and I stumbled upon an H2 at a local dealer. I saw it and fell in love! I wanted to bring him home! So I did just that! brought him home and i Couldn't be happier! I hope to learn more and more about this vehicle and of course make some new friends on the way!

nice to be here!

here are some pics!

thanks richard!

well i really want to upgrade the exhaust to give a more aggressive sound.
Front brush gaurd, rear tail protectors. A lift kit (love the rancho kits) and of course new shoes! nothing TOO TOO big i was thinking maybe 36-37" tires.

But the more I browse the forums and see everyone and their gorgeous vehicles, the MORE i want to do, and the more BADASS i want mine to be!

Hey, I'm pretty sure I've seen your Z around at a few car shows in the area. I've got a G35 that I used to show, but got out of the import scene.

Just got my H2 about 8 months ago, same color as yours.

See your looking for some rear tail protectors, I've got a brand new pair sitting in my room if your interested.

Welcome to the forum Danny!

What part of Maryland are you? I'm in Waldorf.

My H2 is off getting the Duramax diesel conversion so I have a Superchips programmer and CAI up for sale. A couple of other things too...Check the classifieds if you're interested.

I'd really like to get a closer look at that 350Z! Nice!!!

Columbia, Waldorf, Gaithersburg...that's a 'MD HUMMER Club' just waiting to be formed!

Programmers typically allow you to adjust various settings in the truck's computer; so you can let the truck know if you've changed tire size, gear ratio, etc. It'll then adjust speedometer, shift points etc to compensate and keep the truck in its power band.

You can also use it to program different types of tunes: Performance, Towing, 87 Octane which will adjust the truck's settings to perform better under those circumstances.

It's a must if you change tires size or gear ratio. When I moved to 37s and 4.56 gears the truck was very sluggish, so I got a Superchips Cortex programmer and adjusted the appropriate settings (plus added the Performance tune) and it got everything back to normal.

Yes sir! And now your shiny one hangs on my garage wall.

Search for a thread called 'Blacken up...but not out' and you'll see some pics. I tried to paste a link to it but my iPhone's not cooperating with me right now.

SIDE NOTE: PWRHSE2K is a solid dude to buy from. You should see this guy's garage...spotless and loaded full of goodies!
