im considering lexani vp offroads.

18 or 20 im not sure which size to get

any perfromance/handling problems with 20s. im sure aesthetically they look better

ive been told that TOYO open country tires are the best. opinions on this too please

last; i want to get these rims redone in BLACK CHROME. opinions

18's or 20's? Depends on if you plan to off road or not. You have more tire choices with 18's. If you are going to off road good luck on airing down a 20" tire with little sidewall... unless were talking 38's and your lifting the rig.

If this is for the street only (wth stock setup), either will work fine... just make sure to do your homwork on the back space of the rim.

no offroading, i use the vehicle for daily driver and to tow a car only. im not a rap star either so i dont want it to look like that

18's, nothing more. With the 18's you still have plenty of meat under the wheels to absorb the everyday road shock. When you start getting larger you may find the ride more harsh. You may also find you go through brake pads faster. Here's a pic of mine with 18's and it rides great, on and off road.

Ok, I know I think "off the shore" but, how about this. Buy whatever rim you want, 20's,22's....ride in style. The front end looks great Ken, could you take a picture from the front angle so we can see that awesome bumper plus the tire width. I never knew the Gobi rack would look so great. Any problems/complaints from passengers b/c of lack of footrails? Oh yeah and the 18's would be my choice too.

I don't understand those that say there's not enough tread with 20's. If you put 37's on 20's you have the same amount of sidewall as you would with your stock rim/tire combo.

I went with 325/45/24 Perilli ATR (off road/all terrain). Will use my stock wheels for going off roading.

I should have it in a week. TireRack shipped it today via DHL. Sidewall of the tire is about 5.75" of which is about 3" less than stock.
