Hi All..need your help here...

After starting my H2, there is a beeping sound (like "teee") and when I go more then 20 mph, the beeping sound is gone..but when I slow down bellow 20mph, the beeping sound come back again.

I checked that all doors and hood are closed properly and no lights were turn on (those beeping sounded like when you had left your light on when you had switched off the engine).

Pls help...

So...is it a 'buzzing,' a 'beeping,' or the door chime that you're hearing?

I would say is beeping (as sounded like a warning you had left your light on after switching off the engine).

But isn't the headlight warning more of a ding ding sound?

Is it like this?

If it is, unfortunately I don't know what it is, but at least there is a video now so people can help identify. It's my friend's H2 that is doing that beeping...

Kind of sounded like this but mine is consistent buzzing (sounded like "teee") without stopping in between. Till now still trying to figure out what caused it...:o

It's not the belt idler pulley on the engine is it? Those are known noise makers on the H2s when cold and at low rpm.

Finally found the problem already..is the weak battery..after changing to a new battery..everything solved!

But, my luck is not on my side again...when sent to a workshop for the diagnosis, there are no power supply from the connector (diagnosis machine can't detect the H2 ECU)! But the H2 still can be starts up and drive around like normal....any ideas??

Many thanks in advance...
