I am hoping that some of you guys might have some laying around.

I need 6 of the OEM ones like the before pic.

Thanks,

Earl

I upgraded my dash bolts when I got my H2. So I have all 10 of the factory bolts. How do you want to handle this?

What did you use for the upgrade? Pictures?

I have the carbon fiber dash kit, so I simply went to my local hardware store and got a set of stainless steel ones to replace the bland factory looking ones. Then came home and switched them out they look much better against the dash and stand out a little more.

I can do pics tomorrow when I get home, if you still need them.

I'd like to see a few pics of the C/f dash and your bolts if you get a chance...who did the dash for you and are you happy with what they did (assuming you did the hydrographics on it)?

Hi Dan,

Mine was an OEM kit that I got off eBay awhile back. It was a 5 piece kit. It looks nicer than the regular flat black dash. Then when I got that installed, those bolts just made it look cheap, so i went to my hardware store, took one of them in to match the thread pattern and BINGO! I had 10 stainless Steel bolts that look just like the factory ones but look much better. I could have ordered chrome ones too but they wanted too much for each one of them, so I setteled for the stainless steel ones. I'll try and snap a few pics with my digital camera tomorrow when i get off work.

Just go to Ace Hardware, TrueValue, Lowes or Homedepot.

I got chrome bolts...look awesome against the carbon fiber dash.

If you just want the factory look, its like 10 bucks. Not worth the effort having them shipped.

I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on the CF kit also but their disclaimer of the kit having scratches really deters me. I would definitely like to dress up the dash a little though!

If its the guys from michigan, pretty much all the good stocks been gone now for over a year. If you can do paint work yourself, the panels do have clear coat on them. You can buff down the scratches and re-clear them.

I guess it would depend on where you get the kit from and the locations/severity of the scratches are. I would agree that the minor ones could be rubbed out. It would be a personal decision.

SAE Parts on Ebay is the only decent priced kit I can find. As mentioned though the disclaimer of scratches really turns me off the kit. Its a great price when they put it on sale but to still spend a little over $300 for something I'll probably have to fix isn't worth it IMO. I would almost rather spend double that for a brand new argentanium kit.

Stainless steel from Home Depot...one of the first things I did. The stock bolts looked to 'cheap' to me.
