Ability to have headlights and day time on?

I was wondering if there was a way to have the Day time lights and the headlights on at the same time? I have an HID installed for the headlamps and would like to convert daytime to HID and have the ability to turn on when headlights are on as well. thanks

If you're adding in an HID kit to the DRL housing you'll eliminate the need for the diode mod since you'll have a separate switch for the HID kit.

Also, I'm pretty sure an HID bulb will burn the OEM housing up quickly if it even fits. Now that I think about it I don't think it will even fit.
