Just driving along & my dash lights up like Christmas...what gives?

I MAY have hit a nasty bump earlier that day...can I blame that?

heh, they only asked if they could blame it... I dont see why not.

If there were more details provided or a technical question I would of answered it. :)

Let me rephrase...why would the ABS & TC light come on while driving at about 45 mph in an '03 with 90k miles.

Dunno what other details to include!

If you locked up, spun or had a dramatic variance in any of the wheels rotational speed you would trigger those lights.

If your saying you hit a nasty bump at 8am, and now 7 hours later cruising down a smooth road at 45mph your abs & tcs lights are triggered I'd need more info :)

If the light went off and has stayed off- then I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm on medication this week, dont take it personally ;)

if the lights still on, could be a number of things.

Do you have a lift? if so were the wheel speed sensor wires ever securely attached?

Could be a bad hub/wheel bearing.

A dealer scanner would tell you exactly whats going on.

Sounds to me like an ABS sensor up front, either popped off or got jar'd loose. Should be pretty easy to find the prob and fix it though, probably just have to replace the sensor I imagine. I had to do this once before.
