Head Restraints

How are the front seat head restraints removed.....I thought they would just slide up and off when you press the plastic base, but they just go to highest adjustment and do not come off.....thanks....

There's a hole in the plastic base on one side, stick a small screwdriver or other tool in there and push, then it will just slide out.
