Anyone know a sure way to get rid of that after removing the ride sensors/compressor/bags?

I've read mixed results with removing the relay in the front harness, driver side wheel. Not to mention it doesn't look fun tearing into that harness.

There's got to be a way to jump the level sensor plug with a resistor or something.

I'm open to suggestions. The message is driving me nuts!

I had the code and removed the compressor itself.
I still have the airbags and sensors but the code went away after disconnecting the battery overnight. It's been about 2 months :clapping:

I'll try the battery, but I'm pretty sure once you take the level sensors out it becomes more difficult.

Humtech?

No luck after battery disconnect over night.

I swear I've read a couple different ways to do it one being yanking out a relay in the front driver side wheel well harness, but I also read that doesn't work all the time.

I'd really rather not tear into a harness just have it not work.

You are going to have to delete it from the computer as if it never had air suspension. Custom tune or dealership.

Its looking for **** that not there anymore...its going to bitch like hell.

I believe the relay is attached to the side of the under hood fuse block. they relocated it in later models due to how close it was to the exhaust manifold and having them fail. Doubt pulling it will make the message go away but worth a try. Other than that i would agree it may take a custom tune.

Well, I have the diablo tuner and I just checked with lew the custom tuner and he doesn't have access to the bcm.

Can a dealer dial it out?

I cant recall if there is a option when doing bcm programming if it has air or not. I would need to connect to a truck and go through the programming steps to see if that option was available. If i have one in i will check it out for ya

Thanks much, that would be appreciated! Wanna go to the dealer armed with the correct knowledge if at all possible.

Gotta be an option for it..there are not two different bcms for air/non air suspension.
