View Full Version : Am I being too picky?

I posted this on another site but I want ya'lls opinion.

I had a custom trailer built last year. It turned out to have a lot of problems so the manufacturer offered to build me a new one through ATC.

Am I being too picky? Here are picks of my new trailer that is suppose to be finally ready. There are three things I'm not thrilled with and I don't know if I'm being picky. The trailer (excluding the modifications from the old trailer they are replacing) is suppose to be exactly the same.

The old trailer has LED lights.

Glass shower door and center locking system.

The reason I mention this is because here's pics of the new trailer and as you'll see, those items are missing. Am I being too picky? I've waited 4 months to get the trailer done and it's back at the seller's place in WI. If they fix the stuff (if they can... not sure about the locking system) it has to go back to Indiana and could take another 2-3 weeks.

So am I being picky???

When you pay that kind of money it should be "EXACTLY" like you want it, Mark!
Nice interior!

Just an update...

I kept the trailer the way it was and they refunded me $3K. I then made a few mods to the front of the trailer.

Nice mod, any thought of adding a cover for the propane changeover/regulator? Looks like on a rainy day, lots of water/debris will get kicked up where it sits....

Actually, I had thought of welding a small bracket/box to protect it but wasn't sure how much it would get damaged.

Might be a good idea.
